Pink Full Moon in Scorpio

Full Moon Advice April 2018
Things are usually illuminated during the Full Moon and although it can often feel very intense during this phase, there are many lessons to be learned if we are open to them.

April's Full Moon on April 29th/April 30th marks the arrival of the Pink Moon In Scorpio.

As with all water signs, people can feel a lot more emotional under this energy. Water rules our emotions and the moon controls the ebb and flow of the sea. So the current placement of the moon in Scorpio pushes and pulls us to dive deep beneath the surface and get in touch with our deepest core feelings, the good, the bad and the ugly.

You can't hide anything from scorpio, there intuitive powers run deep so if you need to get to the bottom of something and find answers to questions you have been pondering or have been in turmoil over use this energy to delve deeper into gaining resolve.
sure to not just dig for answers, make sure you actually evaluate what you've learnt from the answers gained and seek a way to refine and realign with what you have learned during the cycle.

The Full Moon Phase is a great time to Pray & Manifest
This phase is all about fulfilment and just as the Moon reaches it's full fullness and illumiantion, so too can our manifestations.

Yet full moons are not just about having a great opportunity to manifest, they are also an ideal time to pray and gain emotional and psychological release.

The full moon presents as ideal times to heal from past hurt and pain.To heal from any damage your soul has encountered that has left you feeling vulnerable, battered and bruised.

Nows a good time to gain release and let go of any hurt, pain, fears, dysfunction and darkness that lies within.

Allow the moons light to shed light on your darkness, allow the moons light to light you up within.

I found some great Full Moon PRAYERS to share that can be said and/or written down.

Pink Moon? Where Did The Name Come From?

Named by some American Indian tribes for the little pink flowers called Wild Ground Phlox that appear in the meadows at this time of the year.

Many say it is very uncommon to actually look in the sky and see that the moon is pink during the pink moon phase.

That being said, I count myself fortunate to say I have witnessed the moon present itself as appearing pink during a pink moon phase.

April 2017 Pink Moon
Last year on 11th April 2017 This picture was taken, as you can see the moon does in fact appear to look pink. This photo was taken on my sisters samsung galaxy phone on and no filters were used to edit the photo in anyway. The Moon was pink during the pink moon phase. Therefore I don't believe American Indian tribes called it a pink moon after the wild ground phlox for no reason.

Will everyone look and see the moon as Pink probably not!
Its not necessarily guaranteed, I suppose it depends on where you are when you see it.
Whether you look in the sky and the moon as pink or not.
Seek to find what can be learnt from this phase!

Writing Challenge

What can you release and let go of,
so you can make room
for something fresh and new to come into your life?

Moon phases are the perfect time to start writing down your hopes, dreams and wishes. The energy for manifesting is going to be extremely high at this time, so definitely use this to your advantage.

When it comes to manifesting the newness you wish to attract your life, focus on what feelings you want to create for this new chapter. For example, instead of trying to manifest the perfect job, perhaps try to focus your energy on manifesting the feelings that this perfect job will give you. When you work from this place, it allows your energy to stay open to the Universe and open to the opportunities that come your way.

Automatic Free Flow Writing.

When you apply automatic free flow writing to your journalling practice it’s about Tapping into your intuition and Streaming Conciseness through the process of journaling.

Recently I’ve been reading Awaken Your Indigo Power: Harness Your Passion, Fulfil Your Purpose and Activate Your Innate Spiritual Gifts by Doreen Virtue and her Indigo Son Charles Virtue. The book is very much about encouraging people to Superpower their life by hearing, speaking, and living in their inner  authentic truth and living with purpose.
·

My greatest take away from this book to share was On pg.10 where Charles Virtue talks about how to discover your life purpose and stated that ‘One method that a lot of Indigos have great success with is automatic writing.’ When I read this I was delighted, as an indigo Child myself I have had great success with using the method of automatic writing.  Primarily because it’s about getting in touch with your intuitive super powers and revealing your innate spiritual gifts and purpose.

We all have a purpose, we all have something to offer, we are here for a reason so in times when your not entirely clear on what that reason is, what your purpose is or what direction you should be heading now. Automatic, free flow writing is a great journalling technique

If you don’t know what Indigo Child means Read Awaken Your Indigo Power: Harness Your Passion, Fulfil Your Purpose and Activate Your Innate Spiritual Gifts Doreen and Charles discuss how the new energy that the Indigos have brought to our planet enables us to heal physically and emotionally at a faster rate. Whether you’re an Indigo yourself or a parent or caretaker of one, this book will usher into your life new levels of understanding, peace, and purpose.

They explain the Indigo purpose of bringing truth and integrity to our planet, and show how this new energy is beneficial to us all.

Through reading this book You will learn how to:
· Harness the Indigo intensity for positive healing purposes
· Overcome fears related to leadership and being authentic
· Superpower your life by hearing, speaking, and living your inner truth.

Whats This Method Good For:

If you want to discover your own inner truth, this method is for you.

The process of automatic, free flow writing is an intuitive exercise of letting yourself flow into the stream of your own consciousness. Basically you are able to discover all that is hidden within yourself and bring it to the surface onto the page. This is a really great method to use if you've been feeling that something is holding you back, something which you just can't see or put your finger on, but it leaves you with a deep sense and knowing that it is almost within reach.

This method is good for self discovery purposes. Especially when you feel you are not living with purpose or living in a way where you are utilizing your full potential. This method will help you in discovering what your innate super powers and gifts are and you'll gain clarity on what your purpose is and what special gift you have to offer the world.

Here’s how to do it:

(1) Grab a pen and piece of paper, or you can even do this at your computer or within notes on your phone.

It really doesn’t matter whether it is electronic or physical. I have tried using both method and they both work well.

With a blank page/document in front of you, write down the first thing that comes to you.

(2) Enter this process with the knowledge that the universe has your back, have faith the universe will provide a stream of conscious thought to you through you. Trust and believe in the process, that this process will provide you with the answers you seek. Charles Virtue encourages this method be used when you find yourself wondering, What am I supposed to do with my life! What am I supposed to do in this world?

Here’s an ecsript from the book ‘Awaken Your Indigo Power’ where Charles Virtue beautifully describes how this method is about centring yourself, taking a deep breath and mindfully entering into the process.

pg10 Awaken Your Indigo Power
Seek and you shall find, knock and the door will be opened.

Based on my own experience I have found If you use this method consistently. The answers will flow through to you and you will be able to gain clarity on the questions you ask. If you put regular effort into channelling these messages through you are going to find an answer.

Tips when using this method:

You Gotta Have Faith

Your body, your energy, your heart, your soul,  knows why you came here, knows what purpose you have, knows what gift only you have that you came to offer the world.

Step Two of this process relies on having faith and belief. belief that all the answers you seek are within and  faith and belief that God, the universe, source however you wish to term this. ALL the unknown entities around us who support us and love us,our spiritual counsel will assist in revealing to us what we need to know.

-Keep a journal/record of what comes through.
Keep a record  of all your automatic writing, streaming sessions. Whether that be on paper or an electronic document. After a couple of weeks or even a few months read through the notes and look for consistencies. Analyze if there're common theme's in what has been written.

-Brain dump without censor.
Don’t overthink this process just allow yourself to write free flow.

-Just Keep Writing
If your trying this method by hand, even if your writing suddenly because cursive, un-readable and messy, just keep writing. Even if it feels your writing a whole heap of gibberish that doesn’t make sense, just keep writing. Even if your sentence structures are totally out of whack, just keep writing.Don’t have the expectation that your words or sentences have to make sense. They don’t!

-Give yourself TIME to express yourself within the pages of your journal/notepad. If that means setting a timer for 5-10mins to just fee flow do so.

-Quiet Space
Make sure when you do this you have a quiet space with no distractions.

This blog forms part of a blog series that’s In conjunction with my #WhyWriteWednesday Facebook Live discussions and tutorials 8pm (GMT) on the reasons why journaling is beneficial.

A Guide To Writing Unsent Letters

Unsent Letters

The method of writing ‘Unsent Letters’ is a popular journal writing technique I would advise you to try.

Unsent Letters are great because you don’t have to send them.

When writing an Unsent Letter your in a position where you can openly express yourself.

There are various types of Unsent Letters you could potentially write.
-Letters To Unborn Child
-Letters To Deceased
-Love Letters
-Unrequited Love Letters
-Letters To Resolve Conflict
-Apology Letters
-Forgiveness Letters
-Thank You Letters
-Letters To Vent & Express Anger
-Letters Of Gratitude
-Imaginative Hypothetical Letters

Unsent Letters are intended to be Unsent.  This way you are safe in the knowledge that whatever you write is for your sole benefit.

This adds a level of comfort and security, knowing that everything you write and say is for your eyes only!

So let’s say you wanted to curse and be explicitly angry with your boss you can freely do so within an Unsent letter without risking loosing your job.

That being said If you write a letter and decide to actually send it, that’s entirely up to you.

This method is about you gaining the benefits of using this method which I will be covering in this blog.

Benefits of Writing Unsent Letters: The Three C’s

-Catharsis

The first time I heard the word ‘Catharsis or Cathartic ‘ I never knew what the word meant. It wasn’t until over 10yrs ago when I was randomly watching a Tyler Perry Interview on YouTube and he explained his career as a script writer started from watching an Oprah show where she said that ‘writing was cathartic for the soul’.

At the time I didn’t know what the word meant then but when I looked the word up, the penny dropped. I clearly understood what Oprah meant as I was experiencing catharsis from writing in my own life at the time.

I’ve utilised Writing Unsent Letters a lot over the years and it really is a technique that allows you to gain psychological release.

Had it not been for journalling technique’s such as this I wouldn’t have been able to navigate through some of the most complexing emotions I have experienced throughout my life.

I advocate writing as a tool for personal and spiritual development primarily because I know from experience catharsis is a fundamental benefit of journalling.

You can experience powerful release from writing one paragraph, one sentence or one word and still gain cathartic benefits.

-Completion
When you write Unsent Letters you have the opportunity to gain closure. This is especially the case if you use this method to write to someone who has deceased. You get the opportunity to say all the things you may feel you never had the opportunity to say to them before they died. You get to say that one last I love you, say thank you for everything that person has done for you or give an explanation of the impact that person has had on your life whether it be good or bad. In doing so, your able to gain some form of closure and cathartic release

A feeling of wholeness and complete satisfaction can occur when you are able to gain closure.

During my LIVE Facebook discussion on this technique within my group. I talked about the fact that Unsent Letters are also a great tool to use to gain closure in the aftermath of a break up. I explained that from my own experiences of relationship breakdowns, using this tool was useful in gaining closure. Especially if the break up had caused significant emotional distress for both parties and communication between both parties is awkward.

Break ups are tough sometimes and breakdowns in communication, mis communication and negative hostile communication only creates more distress, arguments and an inability to release and let go of what needs release.

I basically explained that sometimes when you go through a break up the back and forth exchange isn’t always useful. Each and every time this is done it is like digging up shit.

Join Group To View Live
I advised in these instances it’s best to allow things to settle, take some time out and gain closure for yourself through the sacred art of writing Unsent Letters instead. This way you can resolve and work through the who did this, who did that, how that made you feel, where do you want to go from here stuff on your own in your own time without engaging in emotional entanglements that could further complicate the situation.

-Clarity
Getting clarity through journalling is about getting clear, crystal clear thought and dispelling any fogs of confusion, unknowing and uncertainty. Lack of clarity leads to confusion, confusion leads to a sense and feeling of being lost in the maze of your mind and emotions.

Unsent Letters can help you can clarity on confusing, emotional, painful, angst emotions through the process of giving those feelings expression and release. Which allows you to come to terms with these emotions, acknowledge them and move on.

You get to cut out all the BS and tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth. You get to express yourself honestly and truthfully in a way you might not necessarily be able to if you were to speak to someone face to face, or communicate via other modes of communication.
Yet Unsent Letters need not be all about angst and pain. Unsent Letters can also be used to express, love, adoration and gratitude.
Getting clear on these emotions is of  great value, as your able to use the expression of your positivity as a pick me ups.

Advice & Tips For Writing Unsent Letter

-Don’t Censor; Don’t Edit.
When writing an unsent letter the purpose isn’t for it to be sent so don’t worry about
Grammar/Punctuation, Full stops, Capital Letters etc. Correct Spelling is irrelevant. The process of writing this letter is for you not anyone else. Get messy if you want. Neat handwriting isn’t a necessity nor is Legibility as no one needs to read or understand what you’ve written but you!

-Unsent Letters Don’t Hurt Anyone.
Considering the fact that unsent letters are not getting sent you don’t have to worry about hurting anyone’s feelings.

Many times we withhold speaking our truths or telling people what we really think or feel because we are afraid to hurt their feelings or scared of what response we may get if we say what we really want to say to them. With an Unsent letter you don’t have to worry about. If you intend to write an Unsent letter for the purpose of expressing anger, frustration, hurt, pain or blame the hassle of feeling you are hurting anyone with blunt, harsh words is eliminated. You get to say what you mean and mean what you say, judgement free, without hurting or harming anyone’s ego or feelings.

-Your Unsent Letter can be to anyone or anything
Write a letter to your Pet, Children, Unborn Child, Partner, Family, Friends, Associates, Strangers, Idols, Celebrities, God, Guardian Angels, You Decide!

There is no limit, you can write a letter to anyone and anything.

You could write a letter to a body limb that needs healing, you can write a letter to any disease and tell it to F off and be gone. For example those affected by cancer, tell  cancer exactly how you feel, tell it how it’s impacted your life etc

-Start Your Letter With A prompt this can be used as scaffolding or as a Springboard to get you started.
I provide writing prompts on my Instagram page:
www.instagram.com/juspickupanotepad primarily because I know how daunting it can be to start on a blank page and be stuck with where to start. Examples of starting Prompts you can use to write an Unsent letter are; “ I’m afraid to tell you how I feel about....”
“I want you to know that....”
“What I love about you is....”

-Freely Use Your imagination by writing A Letter To yourself from someone else.
This is a technique I learnt from Kathleen Adams journal writing pioneer. Here you get to use your imagination. Especially if you try writing a letter to yourself from the perspective of another person.

You get to role play out what you imagine they have to say to you about you. Bare in mind this is solely your perspective on what they have to say and it bares no influence on what they actually think, believe or would actually say to you.

Imaginative Hypothetical Letters like this give you an opportunity to explore your thoughts and feelings about yourself from an entirely different angle.

I especially enjoy writing letters to my younger self and letters to my future self in an alternative reality. A method you too can try!

For example if you were to write a note to your younger self in three words only what would you say?

Your younger self or self in an alternative reality will never receive these letters but you in the present moment will and you may well surprise yourself with the sorts of things you actually write and come up with. I have wowed myself plenty of times with these sorts of letters.

Often times I’m like where did that come from, that’s amazingly insightful and wise. There’s something about this method that entices your higher self to come into play and guide you into writing exactly what needs to be said, so indulge yourself and see what happens when you try.

-Write Letters To God “Dear God Letters” are a common journal technique. As mentioned in my LIVE Facebook discussion on this technique within my group writing a letter to God is not technically an Unsent Letter. As God, the universe and source can read just as well as hear spoken word. Therefore whatever we write or have intention on will be communicated and received so it’s not necessarily Unsent. Yet it’s not a letter you are just handing or posting to God either so we’ll just throw this one in there too.

I would also urge you to try your hand at writing Dear God Letters. Whether it be to express gratitude, express prayers, ask for help and support or simply converse about what’s taking place in your life as you would with a dear friend.

Also Try Writing Letters FROM God “What Would God Say?” sitting down and imaging God is writing to you is entirely different from Dear God Letters and it proves to be a magical experience to sit with yourself and write down what you believe God would say to if given the chance to write you a personal letter.

My personal journal to self journey started from writing Dear God Letters (I’ll share more on this part of my story within my about page). But growing up I was very much inspired by the collection Dear God Letters from my favourite novel The Color Purple by Alice Walker. This novel won the 1983 Pulitzer Prize for Fiction and the National Book Award for Fiction. It was later adapted into a film and musical of the same name.

The film to this day is still one of my all time favourite films and perfectly brought to life the contents of the novel. If you haven’t read the novel or watched the film I would urge you to do both.

Mercury Retrograde: Coping With The Setbacks

In astrology, we always believe the following rule is true: “As above, so too below.” By that we mean there is a direct correlation between the orbits in the heavens and activity down here on Earth.

This concept underpins ALL of astrology and it is on this basis that we gain understanding of how and why we are all influenced by the orbits in the sky.

I don't know about you, but Throughout this phase I have found myself saying, “Mercury retrograde is F ing my life Up!”, maybe you can relate to this statement, maybe you’ve heard someone say something like this lately or you maybe you don’t have a clue what Mercury Retrograde is!

Don’t worry this blog post will be covering the bases on what mercury retrograde is, how it influences us all and, how we can better cope with the setbacks that this astrological transition can cause.

Mercury rules anything that begins with “re”: redo, reassess, repair, repeat, reflect, redesign, or revisit. So as we draw to the end of 2018’s first retrograde period, I thought it would be fitting to reflect on what has been learnt from this most recent phase.

I’ve learnt so much during this retrograde and it is only as we come to the end of this period has my mind become cleared and I am able to articulate what insight I have gained through this transition. I have definitely experienced set backs I could do without since March 23rd, thats for sure. Yet for every set back experienced I’ve learnt how to seek the lessons to be learnt and found a way to cope. Strategies I will be sharing in this post.

AREAS OF LIFE MERCURY RULES
Generally speaking Mercury rules all types of communication, including listening, speaking, learning, reading, editing, researching, negotiating, selling, and buying.

Mercury also rules all formal contracts and agreements, as well as important documents such as book manuscripts, term papers, agreements, deeds, contracts, leases, wills, and so forth.

Included under this planet’s domain are all telecommunications, transportation, shipping, and travel. As we live in digital era this covers a multitude of our daily communications, including computer coding, email, fax, mobile phones etc

If that wasn’t enough Mercury not only rules communication, it also represents coordination. Primarily the coordination of Thought processes, ideas, and sensory information from both conscious and unconscious sources.

Due to the vast amount that Mercury Rules, When this planet goes Retrograde it affects everyone.

WHAT IS “MERCURY RETROGRADE”?
When Mercury is retrograde from the human eye it appears as if Mercury is going backwards in the sky but truth be told Mercury doesn’t actually move backwards. This is in fact, an illusion, we call  apparent retrograde motion. If you do a bit of stargazing, you will see that Mercury only appears to be moving backward to the human eye due to the way our own orbit interacts with the other planets.
For Thousands of years astrologers have stargazed and witnessed Mercury Retrograde, this interesting occurrence appears several times a year, in three different signs of the zodiac each time it appears. When this happens it has been witnessed down here on Earth that there’s a tendency for our plans to go awry. Therefore Mercury’s Retrograde is associated with confusions, delay, and frustration.

Some people blame Mercury retrograde for all the “bad” things that happen during this phase but the universe doesn’t acknowledge “Good” vs“Bad” as we do.  Believe it or not the universe only means us good. We choose the seeds we wish to plant in our minds and if we choose to view astrology in terms of good vs bad, that seed will grow.

For example; if you choose to perceive Mercury Retrograde as bad, You’ll be terribly frustrated throughout the entire Mercury Retrograde period, just because you believed that you would. I know this based on experience, So first things first, if you want to get through Mercury Retrograde as smoothly as possible do not view it as bad.

WHAT TO EXPECT & HOW TO COPE DURING MERCURY RETROGRADE

Remain flexible; prepare for the fact that setbacks and delays go hand in hand with Mercury Retrograde. You can’t stop your life, but you can plan ahead and definitely have back-up plans.

Allow time for extra travel, plan your journeys well and ensure you adequately prepared. Carry all travel documents, make sure you have GPS that is working and adequate amount of fuel. Make sure vehicle repairs and checks are done prior to this phase to avoid any avoidable breakdowns and, be extra vigilant and careful on the roads to avoid accidents.

Avoid making any Major decisions, especially those that involve signing contracts; wait until Mercury is direct again to make any final decisions.

Review projects and plans at these times, but about a week or two before Mercury retrogrades, finish any tasks or projects at hand.

These phases are considered poor times to launch any new endeavors, even if they are not related to the communications industries. So plan your project plans around retrograde dates.

Be prepared for angrier people and miscommunication. You may find that you and others are running short on patience, making conversations a little tense. In these times be forgiving of the fact that we are all going through the motions so make an effort to choose kind words.

During these periods be extra vigilant regarding your verbal communications. Remain alert, listen well and be sure to paraphrase and summarise back to others what you think the other person has just told you just to clarify communication is clear.

Mercury symbolically represents as a messenger therefore it rules the mail and the conveyance of information, so be extra extra careful when sending important documents, faxes or emails.

Disrupted communication e.g poor WiFi signal , and phone batteries dying when you need it are reported as common during this phase. As a result I have found Mercury Retrograde to be a great time to cheat on your cell phone with a good book and have some social media free time.

This period is notoriously known for technical faults occurring with machines, appliances and electronic devices. To avoid computer crashes Backup and install new software in advance of any Mercury retrograde period or wait until the period is over to do so.

Forgetfulness is common. People  aren’t always thinking straight during these phases. Mercury retrograde is notorious for creating confusion. Writing things down, setting alarms and reminders could considerably help. However forgetting your phone somewhere or forgetting food cooking in the oven and burning it are just some hazardous things that can happen. To avoid such instances practice mindfulness, remember to stay in the now and try your best to anchor yourself in the present moment so you are aware of what’s taking place around you within your physical environment.

Georgina Berbari from elitedaily.com well noted that Sleep Problems may pervade during this time. It has been noted that every  time Mercury goes into retrograde, there's been increased reports of strange dreams, sleep deprivation, and even sleep-walking.

What’s more interesting is that some people may experience a sleep phenomenon called "false awakenings," which is when a dream is so incredibly realistic, you basically believe that you're awake. I experienced this a few times and it is very unnerving  to say the least!

The reason for this, is that Mercury has significant power over our nerves and brain. So much so you might dwell more on your past while you're dreaming, or even relive experiences that you'd rather not be thinking about at all.

Sleep deprivation is likely to make you cranky but just remind yourself it is only a phase, it will pass and it won’t last forever. Try getting naps in the day time to make up for any lost sleep at night.

If napping during the day isn't an option for you try getting to bed a bit earlier than you normally would. A hot bath or shower before going to bed and adding few drops of lavender essential oils on your pillow will surely help soothe your potentially wired brain and allow you to get some rest.

On the opposite end of the spectrum some people report over sleeping and feeling a need to sleep an awful lot. I can relate to this problem. I experienced this often throughout the early part of this most recent Mercury Retrograde phase. I was power napping frequently, At times I could hardly stay awake. What can I say, super woke folks need a nice nap. Mercury is symbolically the messenger of the gods so messages may well be delivered to your subconscious mind while you sleep. Just know and be reassured that whatever will be revealed to you in your sleep will aid you on your spiritual mission.

With all these strange phenomena that accompanies Mercury retrograde it may cause or lead to extreme confusion.
It has been known to make it extremely difficult for some people  to anchor themselves into the the present moment. In instances like this sleeping and getting some rest is advisable. It will help you recuperate whilst the solar system is a little haywire.

In #justwrite fashion I suggest keeping a separate journal specifically to document any strange sleep phenomena and dreams you may be having during the mercury retrograde period.

GETTING THE MOST OF MERCURY RETROGRADE
Astrologist Chani Nicolas says, “Mercury retrograde always teaches,” and I have found this to be so true. So the best course of action is to deligently Seek The Lessons that are there to be taught during this phase rather than focus on any setbacks you may encounter. Mercury Retrograde can be frustrating, yes, there is no doubt about that, but it presents itself for a good reason. It’s an excellent time to reflect. Reflect on the lessons that can be learnt. In particular what can be learnt from the past.

As mentioned Mercury is symbolically the messenger of the gods so It’s said that intuition is high during these periods, and coincidences can be extraordinary. So  relying on your intuition during this phase is really important. Your intuition, your sixth sense as I call it will definitely help you in coping.

KEEPING TRACK OF MERCURY RETROGRADE
Once you begin to pay attention to how events in your life change during these phases, you will soon see how important it is to take note of them.

Keeping track of Mercury retrograde periods can allow you to increase your productivity and avoid at least some of the frustration they can bring about.

If Mercury retrogrades in your sign, it is believed that delays and frustrations will become even more pronounced than usual. So it’s important to be aware of when Mercury Retrograde is ruled by your sign.

To cope with the setbacks that Mercury Retrograde presents keep track of upcoming retrograde periods and make a note in your calendar.

Susan Miller from AstrologyZone.com has so kindly put together the dates to expect Mercury Retrograde right up until 2024. She also explains that The Key Solution to Any Mercury Retrograde Problem Lies in the Element Mercury is Found In: Fire, Earth, Air, or Water. WRITING CHALLENGE

During Mercury Retrograde

Take this time to sit back and review where you are putting your energy in your life?

What areas of your life are you feeling overextended?

For example, if family and faith are important to you, are you putting your energies there?

Once the Retrograde period comes to an end, reflect and review;

How do you handle nervous energy?

How do you express and convey your thoughts?

How do you approach others and information in order to learn and exchange ideas?

Write down your answers #JustWrite #JustPickUpANotepad
